By accessing or using the services of Read Em and Weep, you agree to comply with and be bound by our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. All participants in our classes or events must be at least 18 years old unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and any unauthorized use of our services or violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Damaged/defective product

A free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the Printify.me support email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof. 

Returns/exchanges

Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.

If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
